Program Manager – Job Code DFS
Responsible for managing Dress for Success program, boutique inventory, volunteer staff and monthly suit donation drop-off days, increasing number of volunteers and partnerships, and educating referral agencies and community about policies and programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess good oral and written communication skills, be detailed-oriented, flexible and a team player, have some experience with special event planning and event management and have a strong passion for women’s issues.
Salary Range -- $10-12 per hour (20 hours per week)
Position open until filled.
The mission of Dress for Success is to advance low-income women's economic and social development and to encourage self-sufficiency through career development and employment retention. Dress for Success Colorado Springs is a program of the Women’s Resource Agency.
